Place Player Record Team
1 rickinch [DO] 5-0-0 Garchomp, Incineroar, Rillaboom, Lucario, Sneasler, Basculegion
2 SlytherisGaming [DO] 4-1-0 Garchomp, Incineroar, Rillaboom, Sylveon, Milotic, Metagross
3 jeanlopez25 [DO] 4-1-0 Rillaboom, Volcarona, Milotic, Sableye, Garchomp, Metagross
4 Azukita [DO] 3-2-0 Rillaboom, Eternal Flower Floette, Gholdengo, Incineroar, Sneasler, Raichu

rickinch’s winning team was built around a very stable offensive support core. Garchomp with Garchompite Z, Rough Skin, and a special set of Draco Meteor, Power Gem, Flamethrower, and Protect gave the team broad attacking coverage without leaning on the more common physical profile. Alongside it, Lucario with Lucarionite Z added another special setup threat through Calm Mind, Aura Sphere, Flash Cannon, and Protect.

The support structure was straightforward and effective. Incineroar carried Sitrus Berry, Intimidate, Fake Out, Flare Blitz, Helping Hand, and Parting Shot, giving rickinch pivoting, damage control, and a way to amplify key attacks. Rillaboom with Miracle Seed and Grassy Surge provided Fake Out pressure, Grassy Glide priority, Wood Hammer damage, and High Horsepower coverage. That Grassy Terrain also enabled Sneasler’s Grassy Seed and Unburden combination, letting it pressure with Dire Claw, Close Combat, and Rock Tomb while still having Protect.

Basculegion rounded out the team as a direct physical attacker with Life Orb, Adaptability, Wave Crash, Last Respects, Aqua Jet, and Protect. The result was a composition with multiple angles: terrain control, double Fake Out, Intimidate cycling, speed pressure from Sneasler, and strong endgame damage from Basculegion.

Across the top teams, Garchomp, Rillaboom, and Incineroar were major defining picks. The entire top three used Garchomp with Garchompite Z, while Rillaboom appeared on each of the top four teams. Incineroar appeared on the first, second, and fourth place teams, all holding Sitrus Berry with Intimidate and Fake Out. Miracle Seed Rillaboom was especially common among the top finishers, appearing on rickinch, SlytherisGaming, and Azukita.

Metagrossite Metagross also had a strong showing, appearing on both SlytherisGaming’s second-place team and jeanlopez25’s third-place team. Milotic with Leftovers and Competitive appeared on those same second- and third-place teams, giving both builds a steadier defensive and utility option. Sneasler showed up on both rickinch’s winning team and Azukita’s fourth-place team, each using Grassy Seed with Unburden next to Rillaboom support.

Takeaway for ladder players: prepare for Garchomp, Rillaboom, and Incineroar cores, and have a clear plan for Grassy Seed Sneasler when Grassy Terrain is on the field.
