PokeReplay’s winning team was a flexible Charizard sun structure with several ways to control tempo. Charizard held Charizardite Y with Blaze and ran Heat Wave, Protect, Solar Beam, and Weather Ball, giving the team immediate spread pressure and strong weather-based coverage. Venusaur paired naturally with it through Chlorophyll, Focus Sash, and a Timid set of Sludge Bomb, Leaf Storm, Protect, and Sleep Powder, letting PokeReplay threaten both damage and disruption once sun was active.
The rest of the six gave the team more than a single fast-sun mode. Sinistcha carried Colbur Berry with Hospitality and a Relaxed nature, using Trick Room, Protect, Matcha Gotcha, and Rage Powder. That combination provided redirection, recovery support, and a slower mode when the matchup did not favor pure speed. Incineroar added the standard defensive glue role with Sitrus Berry, Intimidate, Fake Out, Throat Chop, and Parting Shot, helping Charizard and Venusaur find safer turns.
Eternal Flower Floette was another important piece of the composition.
