Place Player Record Team
1 Neil Nava [PH] 8-0-0 Gardevoir / Talonflame / Kingambit / Basculegion / Kommo-o / Maushold
2 LawrenceVGC J [PH] 6-2-0 Venusaur / Pelipper / Archaludon / Grimmsnarl / Gardevoir / Kingambit
3 Rey Rebollos [PH] 5-2-0 Swampert / Archaludon / Pelipper / Grimmsnarl / Sinistcha / Blastoise
4 Niel Arveen Serrato [PH] 4-3-0 Mr. Rime / Raichu / Eternal Flower Floette / Incineroar / Ceruledge / Sinistcha

Neil Nava’s winning team was built around strong offensive pressure with layered speed and positioning tools. Gardevoir held Gardevoirite with Trace and a Modest nature, carrying Hyper Voice, Psychic, Thunderbolt, and Protect. That set gave the team a central special attacker with spread damage and coverage, while Talonflame added Gale Wings Tailwind alongside Dual Wingbeat, Flare Blitz, and Protect.

The rest of the composition kept pressure from multiple angles. Kingambit used Expert Belt with Defiant and a Jolly nature, pairing Sucker Punch and Kowtow Cleave with Iron Head and Low Kick. Basculegion brought Choice Scarf Adaptability with Wave Crash, Last Respects, Aqua Jet, and Flip Turn, giving the team immediate speed and pivoting. Kommo-o added Life Orb Soundproof special offense through Clanging Scales, Aura Sphere, Draco Meteor, and Protect. Maushold rounded things out with Focus Sash Friend Guard, using Super Fang, Follow Me, Feint, and Protect to support the attackers and create safer turns.

Across the top teams, Gardevoirite Gardevoir and Kingambit both appeared in the top two, but the runner-up took a different route with Venusaur, Pelipper, Archaludon, Grimmsnarl, Gardevoir, and Kingambit. LawrenceVGC J’s team paired Drizzle Pelipper with Stamina Archaludon and Light Clay Grimmsnarl, a structure also reflected in Rey Rebollos’s third-place team with Pelipper, Archaludon, and Grimmsnarl.

Rain-oriented cores were clearly present near the top. Pelipper with Sitrus Berry and Drizzle showed up in both second and third, and Archaludon with Leftovers and Stamina appeared alongside it both times. Rey’s version added Swampert, Sinistcha, and Blastoise, while LawrenceVGC J used Venusaur, Gardevoir, and Kingambit.

Support items and defensive utility were also common. Light Clay Grimmsnarl appeared in second and third with Reflect, Light Screen, and Parting Shot. Sinistcha appeared in third and fourth with Hospitality, Life Dew, Rage Powder, and Protect. Sitrus Berry showed up on Pelipper and Incineroar among the listed top teams, while Focus Sash appeared on Maushold and Mr. Rime in the top four.

Takeaway for ladder players: build with a clear speed plan, reliable redirection or screen support, and enough immediate damage to punish passive turns.
