| Place | Player | Record | Team |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Hawkc10ie [IE] | 7-1-0 | Froslass, Kingambit, Raichu, Hisuian Arcanine, Rillaboom, Swampert |
| 2 | xen007 [IN] | 6-2-0 | Tyranitar, Excadrill, Gholdengo, Milotic, Sinistcha, Staraptor |
| 3 | Lixard [IN] | 6-1-0 | Charizard, Sneasler, Kingambit, Garchomp, Basculegion, Whimsicott |
| 4 | R3AL [IN] | 5-2-0 | Golisopod, Farigiraf, Archaludon, Politoed, Grimmsnarl, Garchomp |
Hawkc10ie’s winning team combined layered positioning tools with several immediate offensive threats. Froslass with Froslassite, Snow Cloak, and a Timid nature brought Protect, Aurora Veil, Blizzard, and Shadow Ball, giving the team a fast support-offense lead option rather than a purely passive screen setter. Aurora Veil helped support a group that included both setup and high-damage attackers.
Kingambit was the clearest endgame piece: Black Glasses, Defiant, Adamant, Protect, Sucker Punch, Kowtow Cleave, and Swords Dance gave Hawkc10ie strong Dark-type pressure and a priority finisher. The team also had double Fake Out support from Raichu and Rillaboom. Raichu used Raichunite Y with Lightning Rod, Protect, Fake Out, Zap Cannon, and Focus Blast, while Rillaboom carried Miracle Seed, Grassy Surge, Fake Out, U-turn, Grassy Glide, and Wood Hammer. That gave the team multiple ways to buy turns for Aurora Veil, Swords Dance, or simply safer attacks.
The remaining slots widened the offensive coverage. Hisuian Arcanine used Focus Sash with Rock Head, Jolly, Protect, Rock Slide, Head Smash, and Flare Blitz, threatening strong Rock- and Fire-type damage while retaining a safety net from Focus Sash. Swampert rounded out the roster with Life Orb, Torrent, Modest, Protect, Earth Power, Muddy Water, and Ice Beam, adding special Ground- and Water-type pressure plus Ice Beam coverage.
Across the top teams, weather cores were a major story. xen007 and Hrishi both used Tyranitar with Tyranitarite and Sand Stream alongside Excadrill with Focus Sash and Sand Rush. Rain also appeared repeatedly: R3AL used Politoed with Drizzle next to Archaludon, while Rulervgc and AdvaiLuffy used Pelipper with Drizzle, and both also included Archaludon.
Kingambit was another important repeated pick, appearing on Hawkc10ie’s winning team and on both Lixard’s and Serene_Sylvia’s Charizard structures. Lixard and Serene_Sylvia also shared the same broad six-Pokemon shell: Whimsicott, Charizard, Sneasler, Garchomp, Basculegion, and Kingambit. Focus Sash was common across different roles, showing up on Hisuian Arcanine, Excadrill, Whimsicott, Basculegion ♀, and Basculegion in the top eight.
Takeaway for ladder players: bring clear speed or positioning control, because the best teams here paired it with immediate damage rather than relying on defense alone.
