Silverland’s winning team leaned heavily on layered board control rather than a single linear mode. Incineroar brought the familiar Intimidate, Fake Out, Parting Shot, and Sitrus Berry package, while Rillaboom added Grassy Surge pressure with Miracle Seed, Fake Out, Grassy Glide, Wood Hammer, and U-turn. Sneasler gave the team another Fake Out user, plus Focus Sash, Coaching, Close Combat, and Dire Claw, letting Silverland create turns for setup or positioning.
The Mega choices were especially important to the structure. Hawlucha used Hawluchanite with Limber, Jolly, and a direct attacking set of Close Combat and Brave Bird alongside Entrainment and Protect. Slowbro used Slowbronite with Own Tempo, Sassy, and a more developmental set of Body Press, Stored Power, Calm Mind, and Slack Off. That combination gave Silverland both immediate physical pressure and a slower win condition that could snowball if given time. Snorlax rounded out the team with Leftovers, Thick Fat, Stockpile, Fissure, Protect, and Smack Down, adding another durable piece that did not need to play at the same pace as Hawlucha or Sneasler.
Across the top teams, Fake Out was one of the clearest patterns. Silverland had it on Incineroar, Rillaboom, and Sneasler; amantil had it on Raichu, Rillaboom, and Incineroar. Rillaboom appeared on the first, second, fifth, sixth, and eighth-place teams, most often with Miracle Seed or Sitrus Berry and a mix of Grassy Glide, Wood Hammer, Fake Out, High Horsepower, or U-turn.
Sitrus Berry was also common, showing up on Incineroar, Pelipper, Milotic, Farigiraf, and Rillaboom across the listed standings. Leftovers was concentrated on bulky Stamina Archaludon and Silverland’s Snorlax, while Focus Sash appeared on Sneasler, Venusaur, Kingambit, Pelipper, and Hisuian Arcanine.
Rain-adjacent structures were prominent in the top four. Mona_Aster used Pelipper with Drizzle beside Archaludon, Charizard, Venusaur, Grimmsnarl, and Choice Scarf Garchomp. 1vwl also used Pelipper and Archaludon, pairing them with Swampert, Gholdengo, Staraptor, and Sinistcha. Both teams had Electro Shot Archaludon, while Pelipper supplied Tailwind support.
Takeaway for ladder players: prioritize flexible speed and positioning tools, because the top teams repeatedly combined Fake Out, Tailwind, Parting Shot, and durable setup options.
