Place	Player	Record	Team

2	Jimmy Suarez [CO]	5-1-0	Raichu; Rillaboom; Garchomp; Incineroar; Volcarona; Basculegion

4	GABRIEL DE OLIVEIRA [BR]	3-2-0	Staraptor; Raichu; Gholdengo; Rillaboom; Hisuian Arcanine; Sylveon

Pedro Rodrigues’ first-place team was a compact rain structure with several clear pressure points. Pelipper supplied Drizzle with Damp Rock, plus Wide Guard, Weather Ball, Hurricane, and Helping Hand, giving the team both weather control and board support. Basculegion ♀ used Focus Sash, Swift Swim, and a Modest spread with Shadow Ball, Muddy Water, Ice Beam, and Protect, making it the main rain attacker rather than the physical Basculegion variants seen elsewhere.

Archaludon fit naturally beside Pelipper, carrying Leftovers, Stamina, Electro Shot, Dragon Pulse, Snarl, and Protect. That gave the team a bulky special attacker that could also reduce opposing special damage with Snarl. Raichu added Lightning Rod and Fake Out support while holding Raichunite X, with Volt Tackle, Volt Switch, and Feint rounding out its utility. Golisopod, with Golisopite and Emergency Exit, added Leech Life, Sucker Punch, Iron Head, and Protect. Sneasler completed the six with Electric Seed, Unburden, Close Combat, Dire Claw, Swords Dance, and Protect, giving the team a fast physical mode that did not rely on rain turns.

Across the top teams, Raichu was one of the defining picks. It appeared on first, second, and fourth, split between Raichunite X on Pedro’s team and Raichunite Y on Jimmy Suarez’s and GABRIEL DE OLIVEIRA’s teams. Fake Out was present on all three Raichu sets, while Lightning Rod was consistent across them.

Basculegion also showed up heavily near the top. Pedro used Basculegion ♀ with Focus Sash and Swift Swim, Jimmy Suarez used Choice Scarf Basculegion with Adaptability, and Ian Tal used Life Orb Basculegion with Adaptability. That range of items and abilities showed how flexible the slot was, from rain attacker to fast pivoting attacker to high-damage Last Respects user.

Other repeated pieces included Sneasler on first and third, Garchomp on second and third, and Rillaboom on second and fourth. Item trends were also clear: Miracle Seed appeared on both Rillaboom sets, Life Orb appeared on Garchomp, Basculegion, and Gholdengo, and Focus Sash supported several fragile attackers and utility Pokémon across the upper standings.

Takeaway for ladder players: prepare for Raichu-backed offense and multiple Basculegion modes, because both were central to the strongest results here.
