The final round results included LuziVGC over IRNemesis, jvvieree over Kremling, and CokeSebas over LuziVGC, with jvvieree finishing first at 7-1-0.

Place Player Record Team
1 jvvieree [CL] 7-1-0 Sylveon / Toxapex / Garchomp / Venusaur / Charizard / Incineroar
2 CokeSebas [CL] 7-1-0 Toxtricity / Kleavor / Annihilape / Salamence / Delphox / Hisuian Samurott
3 Zanzan [US] 6-1-0 Gengar / Garchomp / Rillaboom / Incineroar / Volcarona / Primarina
4 LuziVGC [CL] 5-2-0 Archaludon / Politoed / Incineroar / Rillaboom / Swampert / Gengar

jvviereeโ€™s winning team had a clear mix of pressure, disruption, and positioning tools. Sylveon used Fairy Feather with Pixilate and a Modest nature, giving the team Hyper Voice damage alongside Yawn, Quick Attack, and Protect. That gave jvvieree a direct spread attacker that could also slow the pace of games when needed.

The defensive anchor was Toxapex, holding Leftovers with Regenerator and a Relaxed nature. Its moveset of Infestation, Toxic, Wide Guard, and Baneful Bunker made it the most control-oriented member of the team, especially next to partners that wanted extra turns. Wide Guard also stood out on a team that otherwise included multiple Protect users and several offensive pieces.

The speed and damage roles were split across Garchomp, Venusaur, and Charizard. Garchomp carried Choice Scarf with Rough Skin and an Adamant nature, using Earthquake, Dragon Claw, Rock Slide, and Stomping Tantrum. Venusaur was a Life Orb Chlorophyll attacker with Leaf Storm, Sludge Bomb, Earth Power, and Protect. Charizard held Charizardite Y with Blaze and a Timid nature, running Heat Wave, Weather Ball, Ancient Power, and Protect. Incineroar rounded out the team with Sitrus Berry, Intimidate, Fake Out, Flare Blitz, Parting Shot, and Throat Chop, giving the composition a familiar pivot and tempo piece.

Across the top teams, Incineroar was the most visible support pick, appearing on the teams of jvvieree, Zanzan, LuziVGC, and SeroSmurf. Rillaboom also showed up repeatedly, including Zanzan, LuziVGC, and SeroSmurf, always bringing Grassy Surge and Fake Out. Garchomp appeared on jvvieree, Zanzan, and SeroSmurf, though with different items and approaches: Choice Scarf, Garchompite Z, and Garchompite Z respectively.

There was also a notable amount of Perish Song in the top cut of standings, with Zanzanโ€™s Gengar and Primarina, LuziVGCโ€™s Politoed and Gengar, and Gengarite appearing on both Zanzan and LuziVGC. Leftovers was common on bulkier pieces such as Toxapex, Annihilape, Primarina, and Archaludon, while Life Orb appeared on offensive threats including Venusaur, Toxtricity, Gholdengo, and Kommo-o.

Takeaway for ladder players: prepare for Fake Out plus pivot cores, and make sure your team has a plan into both bulky Leftovers users and fast offensive pressure.
