IlRepe’s winning team leaned into flexible special pressure backed by speed and defensive positioning. Charizard carried Charizardite Y with Heat Wave, Weather Ball, Hurricane, and Protect, giving the team a strong spread-damage centerpiece. IlRepe also had two important support modes. Grimmsnarl with Light Clay, Prankster, Reflect, Light Screen, Parting Shot, and Spirit Break gave the team a clear defensive backbone. Venusaur with Focus Sash, Chlorophyll, Leaf Storm, Sludge Bomb, Sleep Powder, and Protect added disruption and immediate Grass-type pressure.
