Elprocino’s winning team was built around layered positioning and flexible speed control. Grimmsnarl carried Light Clay with Prankster, Reflect, and Light Screen, giving the rest of the lineup extra room to trade. Parting Shot also let it reset board states while keeping offensive pieces safe. Pelipper supplied Drizzle and Tailwind, while its Modest Hurricane and Weather Ball gave it a direct attacking role instead of being only support.
The rain mode centered naturally on Swampert with Swampertite, Adamant Wave Crash, Earthquake, Ice Punch, and Protect. Archaludon also fit cleanly beside Pelipper, using Leftovers, Stamina, Dragon Pulse, Flash Cannon, Electro Shot, and Protect. That gave the team a sturdy special attacker that could benefit from the same weather environment while not relying on the exact same damage profile as Swampert.
Sinistcha was the glue pick. Kasib Berry, Hospitality, Rage Powder, Trick Room, and Protect gave Elprocino redirection, recovery support, and a slower-speed option when Tailwind was not the right route. Metagross with Metagrossite rounded out the six with Jolly Iron Head, Psychic Fangs, Body Press, and Protect, adding another physical threat and a way to pressure screens or similar defensive structures through Psychic Fangs.
Across the top cut of the standings, Sinistcha stood out immediately. It appeared on three of the top four teams, always with Hospitality and Rage Powder, and two of those versions also carried Trick Room. Incineroar was also present in both Aircross360’s and Gouillou’s top-four teams, each using Sitrus Berry, Intimidate, Fake Out, Flare Blitz, and Parting Shot.
