| 1 | joniaco | 8-1-0 | Staraptor, Tyranitar, Excadrill, Sinistcha, Milotic, Gholdengo |
| 2 | ataaj83 | 6-3-0 | Golisopod, Pelipper, Archaludon, Sneasler, Grimmsnarl, Armarouge |

| 4 | LuanVGC | 5-3-0 | Raichu, Sneasler, Kingambit, Pelipper, Archaludon, Salamence |
joniaco’s winning team was built around a clear sand core. Tyranitar brought Sand Stream with Tyranitarite, while Excadrill used Focus Sash and Sand Rush to pressure with Iron Head, High Horsepower, and Rock Slide. That gave the team a fast, direct attacking mode, with Tyranitar also carrying Dragon Dance to turn board positions into a closing threat.
Staraptor added Intimidate and Tailwind, giving the team another speed-control option alongside immediate offense from Brave Bird and Close Combat. Sinistcha provided redirection and recovery pressure with Rage Powder and Strength Sap, while Hospitality offered extra support value. Milotic was a useful partner into opposing stat drops thanks to Competitive, and its Scald, Icy Wind, and Ice Beam gave the team both damage and speed control. Gholdengo rounded out the six as a strong special attacker with Life Orb, Make It Rain, Shadow Ball, Nasty Plot, and Good as Gold.
Across the top standings, rain and Archaludon were major themes. Pelipper appeared on the second-, third-, and fourth-place teams, and Archaludon appeared alongside it on all three of those teams. Each of those Archaludon used Leftovers, Stamina, Electro Shot, Flash Cannon, Dragon Pulse, and Protect, showing a very consistent approach to that slot.
Grimmsnarl also had a strong showing near the top. Both ataaj83 and joethefenix used Light Clay Grimmsnarl with Prankster, Reflect, Light Screen, Parting Shot, and Spirit Break, giving their teams a durable screens-and-pivot backbone. Sneasler was another repeated attacker, appearing on ataaj83 and LuanVGC in the top four, with Close Combat, Rock Slide, and Protect present on both sets.
Looking beyond the top four, several Pokemon continued to show up repeatedly. Kingambit appeared on LuanVGC, DocDHS, PapaRott, and KingNoahC17, often using Defiant and Sucker Punch. Raichu appeared on LuanVGC, DocDHS, PapaRott, and MegaUmbreonVGC, all with Lightning Rod and Fake Out. Focus Sash was also common across the top eight, appearing on Excadrill, Armarouge, Venusaur, Pelipper, Sneasler, and Hisuian Arcanine.
Takeaway for ladder players: prepare for Pelipper plus Leftovers Archaludon, but do not overlook sand teams that combine Tailwind, redirection, and multiple setup threats.
