FarigiBoy’s winning team is a compact offense built around multiple forms of speed and priority. Dragonite carried Dragoninite with Inner Focus, using Dragon Pulse, Heat Wave, Tailwind, and Protect, giving the team a clear speed-control option while still threatening damage. Choice Scarf Basculegion added immediate pressure with Adaptability Wave Crash, Flip Turn, Aqua Jet, and Last Respects, making it both a fast attacker and a late-game closer.
The supporting cast gave the team a strong mix of disruption and cleanup. Kingambit used Chople Berry with Defiant and the familiar Kowtow Cleave, Sucker Punch, Iron Head, Protect set, giving FarigiBoy priority and a sturdy physical attacker. Rillaboom’s Miracle Seed Grassy Surge set with Wood Hammer, Grassy Glide, High Horsepower, and Fake Out supplied terrain, priority, and positioning support. Sneasler was White Herb Unburden with Close Combat, Gunk Shot, Rock Slide, and Protect, threatening to snowball speed after its item interaction. Sylveon rounded things out with Fairy Feather Pixilate Hyper Voice, Quick Attack, Yawn, and Protect, adding spread damage and another priority option.
Across the top teams, several patterns stood out. Basculegion was prominent in multiple forms: FarigiBoy used Choice Scarf Adaptability Basculegion, while Slimeko325 and Kylos4 both used Focus Sash Swift Swim Basculegion ♀ with Muddy Water, Shadow Ball, Ice Beam, and Protect, and Philip9804 used Colbur Berry Adaptability Basculegion. Rillaboom also remained a major piece, appearing on FarigiBoy, Viophire, stormy3247, and Philip9804, always with Grassy Surge and usually Miracle Seed.
There was also a clear Pelipper plus Archaludon rain thread near the top. Djordje N, Slimeko325, and Kylos4 all brought Pelipper and Archaludon, with Archaludon consistently holding Leftovers and using Stamina alongside Electro Shot. Golisopod with Golisopite appeared on Djordje N, Slimeko325, and Kylos4, making it one of the most repeated mega choices in the upper standings. White Herb Unburden Sneasler was another recurring pick, showing up on FarigiBoy, Slimeko325, Kylos4, and Philip9804, generally with Close Combat and Rock Slide.
Takeaway for ladder players: build with a concrete speed plan, because the top teams repeatedly combined Tailwind, Swift Swim, Choice Scarf, Unburden, Fake Out, and priority rather than relying on only one mode.
