| 1 | Robin_VGC | 8-1-0 | Eternal Flower Floette, Dragonite, Sneasler, Gholdengo, Rillaboom, Incineroar |
| 2 | OrangeSteve | 8-1-0 | Garchomp, Kingambit, Glimmora, Volcarona, Rillaboom, Basculegion |

Robin_VGC’s winning team balanced setup pressure, speed control, priority, and pivoting. Eternal Flower Floette with Floettite, Flower Veil, Calm Mind, Moonblast, Dazzling Gleam, and Protect gave the team a clear special win condition that could also threaten spread damage. Dragonite added Tailwind while still carrying Dragon Pulse and Heat Wave, making it more than just a support piece.
The middle of the team supplied immediate pressure. Sneasler used White Herb with Unburden, Adamant, Dire Claw, Close Combat, Rock Tomb, and Protect, giving Robin_VGC a fast physical attacker with additional speed control through Rock Tomb. Gholdengo, holding Life Orb with Good as Gold, Make It Rain, Shadow Ball, Nasty Plot, and Protect, gave the composition a second setup-oriented special attacker and a strong spread option.
The support core was familiar but effective. Rillaboom carried Miracle Seed, Grassy Surge, Grassy Glide, Wood Hammer, High Horsepower, and Fake Out, combining terrain control, priority, and Fake Out pressure. Incineroar rounded the six out with Sitrus Berry, Intimidate, Flare Blitz, Parting Shot, Snarl, and Fake Out, giving the team both stat control and positioning tools. Between Fake Out from two Pokemon, Tailwind, Rock Tomb, and Parting Shot, the winning squad had several ways to manage tempo rather than relying on one mode.
Across the top teams, Rillaboom remained prominent, appearing on both first and second place teams and again in sixth. Sneasler was also common, showing up in first, fourth, fifth, and seventh, with Unburden sets using White Herb, Psychic Seed, or Focus Sash depending on the team. Kingambit appeared on the second, fourth, and fifth place teams, including Focus Sash Defiant sets on OrangeSteve and Zoomun.
Glimmora had a strong showing near the top as well. OrangeSteve and Leozin [BR] both used Glimmoranite with Toxic Debris, Modest, Power Gem, Sludge Bomb, and Earth Power, though OrangeSteve used Protect while Leozin [BR] used Spiky Shield. Indeedee ♀ plus Psychic Surge appeared on third, fourth, and seventh, supporting combinations with Follow Me, Helping Hand, Trick Room, and Psychic-oriented attackers such as Armarouge and Gardevoir.
For ladder players, the main takeaway is that Set M-C rewards teams with layered speed control and positioning, not just one fast mode or one setup sweeper.
