Can you get Ash-Greninja in Pokemon Legends Z-A?
No. Ash-Greninja and the Bond Phenomenon do not exist in Pokemon Legends Z-A. That transformation was exclusive to Gen 7 (Sun/Moon), and Z-A removes abilities entirely, so Battle Bond cannot trigger. Instead, Z-A gives Greninja a brand-new Mega Evolution: the Greninjite Mega Stone is awarded for reaching a set rank in online Ranked Battles — the required rank varies by season, and it cannot be found in normal play. Have Greninja hold it to Mega Evolve.

How does Rayquaza Mega Evolve in Pokemon Legends Z-A without a Mega Stone?
Rayquaza needs no Mega Stone. In the Z-A Mega Dimension DLC, you catch Rayquaza after defeating the rogue Mega Rayquaza at the end of the main hyperspace missions (Mission 12: The Greatest Gift). As long as it knows the move Dragon Ascent, it can Mega Evolve with no held item — the same special rule it had in ORAS. Mega Rayquaza's 780 base stat total ties Mega Mewtwo X and Y for the highest in the game.

TMs in Pokemon Legends Z-A have no usage limit — all 100+ TMs are infinite-use and can teach their move to as many compatible Pokemon as you want. You can also change and relearn moves anytime for free: select a Pokemon from the menu (or press ZR on a party Pokemon) and choose Change Moves to swap freely between its level-up moves and any TM moves you own. No Move Reminder NPC or payment is needed.

Alpha Pokemon in Z-A are oversized, aggressive wild Pokemon with higher levels and stronger stats. Fixed Alphas spawn at set wild-zone spots, some requiring specific time or weather; once you fully complete a wild zone's local Pokedex, regular spawns there also gain roughly a 5-10% chance to be Alpha. To catch one: weaken it into the red, inflict sleep or paralysis, or sneak up for a back-strike throw (2x catch bonus); knocking it out grants one final throw.

The nightly Z-A Royale is the fastest money in Legends Z-A. Defeated trainers drop prize medals, which convert to Poke Dollars when the night ends, boosted by a multiplier that climbs to 3.0 the more trainers you beat — routinely tens of thousands per night, and strong runs can top 100,000. Rest on a bench to skip back to night and repeat. Also sell picked-up treasures (pearls sell for 1,000) and fully upgrade the Gold Canari Plush for 1.5x trainer prize money.
