CHAMPIONS REG. M-C |👑CROWN FIGHT Bo3 TOUR #89👑 was a 131-player online event on Limitless, played in Pokemon Champions Regulation Set M-C. The final round was zinso vs ccmanny, with ccmanny taking the tournament after both finalists finished on 9-2-0 records.
| Place | Player | Record | Team |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | CCManny | 9-2-0 | Lucario, Indeedee ♀, Annihilape, Gardevoir, Sneasler, Armarouge |
| 2 | Zinso [DE] | 9-2-0 | Tyranitar, Salamence, Indeedee, Excadrill, Sneasler, Milotic |
| 3 | Gotou [JP] | 7-3-0 | Grimmsnarl, Golisopod, Pelipper, Charizard, Basculegion, Archaludon |

CCManny’s winning team was built around strong Psychic Terrain pressure and multiple fast offensive modes. Indeedee ♀ with Psychic Surge, Follow Me, Helping Hand, and Protect enabled the team’s positioning while also supporting Armarouge and Gardevoir. Armarouge carried Focus Sash with Armor Cannon, Expanding Force, Wide Guard, and Protect, giving the team both damage and a valuable spread-move answer. Gardevoir added another Expanding Force user, with Gardevoirite, Trace, Hyper Voice, Thunderbolt, and Protect.
The rest of the roster gave CCManny several ways to pressure outside the Psychic Terrain plan. Lucario with Lucarionite Z used Flash Cannon, Aura Sphere, Dark Pulse, and Protect, while Annihilape’s Choice Scarf set brought immediate speed with Shadow Claw, Ice Punch, Close Combat, and Phantom Force. Sneasler, on White Herb with Unburden, supplied another fast attacker through Dire Claw, Close Combat, Rock Tomb, and Protect. The result was a composition that could lead with redirection and terrain-based spread damage, but still had enough direct offense to avoid being one-dimensional.
Across the top cut of standings, Psychic Surge was a major note at the top of the event, with CCManny’s Indeedee ♀ and Zinso’s Choice Scarf Indeedee both appearing in the finals. Sneasler was also prominent, appearing on the first, second, and seventh-place teams, each with White Herb and Unburden. That consistency suggests players valued its immediate offensive pressure and speed control potential.
Weather cores were another clear trend. Charizard with Charizardite Y appeared on the third, fourth, fifth, and seventh-place teams, often paired with Heat Wave, Weather Ball, Solar Beam, and Protect. Pelipper appeared on the third and fifth-place teams, while Archaludon with Leftovers and Stamina showed up on the third, fifth, and eighth-place teams. Basculegion placed third and fourth, giving both of those teams Adaptability-backed physical pressure.
Screen support remained reliable as well. Grimmsnarl with Light Clay, Prankster, Reflect, Light Screen, Spirit Break, and Parting Shot appeared on three of the top eight teams. Garchomp was also common in the broader top standings, using Life Orb on fourth and eighth and Garchompite Z on fifth and seventh.
Takeaway for ladder players: prepare for Psychic Terrain offense, White Herb Sneasler, and Charizardite Y weather structures in Regulation Set M-C.
