Place	Player	Record	Team
1	MonkeyT	8-1-0	Garchomp, Rillaboom, Sneasler, Raichu, Kingambit, Gallade
2	Aus29 [MY]	7-2-0	Tyranitar, Excadrill, Sinistcha, Staraptor, Gholdengo, Milotic
3	AndresitoKun [CL]	6-2-0	Garchomp, Sneasler, Indeedee, Charizard, Metagross, Milotic
4	Vinnamon [SV]	6-2-0	Farigiraf, Rillaboom, Camerupt, Araquanid, Altaria, Kommo-o

MonkeyT’s winning team was built around layered pressure rather than a single linear mode. Garchomp held Garchompite Z with Rough Skin and a special attacking set of Dragon Pulse, Earth Power, Power Gem, and Protect, giving the team broad coverage from a slot many opponents may expect to be physical. Rillaboom provided Grassy Surge, Fake Out, U-turn, Wood Hammer, and Grassy Glide with Miracle Seed, giving the team terrain control, priority, and pivoting.

That terrain also paired directly with Sneasler, which used Grassy Seed and Unburden alongside Close Combat, Throat Chop, Dire Claw, and Fake Out. Between Rillaboom, Sneasler, and Raichu, MonkeyT had multiple Fake Out users, making positioning a major strength. Raichu with Raichunite Y, Lightning Rod, Fake Out, Zap Cannon, Focus Blast, and Protect added speed-oriented disruption and Electric redirection utility.

The last two slots gave the team a strong physical closing plan. Kingambit carried Chople Berry and Defiant with Iron Head, Low Kick, Kowtow Cleave, and Sucker Punch, while Gallade used Life Orb and Sharpness with Sacred Sword, Night Slash, Psycho Cut, and Protect. The result was a team that could open with pressure, deny clean setup turns, and still threaten late-game priority through Grassy Glide and Sucker Punch.

Across the top teams, Grassy Terrain stood out. Rillaboom appeared on the winning team, Vinnamon’s fourth-place team, and altkyle’s fifth-place team, while Grassy Seed appeared on both Sneasler for MonkeyT and Farigiraf for Vinnamon. Sneasler also had a strong showing, appearing on MonkeyT, AndresitoKun, and KingOfRamen, with Unburden on all three versions.

Raichu was another repeated piece, showing up for MonkeyT, altkyle, AlistarVGC, and Cleber Pinto. The builds split between Raichunite Y and Raichunite X, but every listed Raichu had Lightning Rod and Fake Out. Garchomp also placed well, appearing on MonkeyT, AndresitoKun, and AlistarVGC, with two different Garchompite Z versions and one Choice Scarf set.

Special Steel pressure was represented by Gholdengo on Aus29, altkyle, and KingOfRamen, each with Life Orb, Good as Gold, Make It Rain, Shadow Ball, Nasty Plot, and Protect. Weather also remained relevant: Aus29 used Tyranitar and Excadrill sand, AndresitoKun and Cleber Pinto brought Charizard, and both AlistarVGC and Cleber Pinto used Drizzle support.

Takeaway for ladder players: prepare for Fake Out-heavy Grassy Terrain structures, but also respect sand, sun, and Gholdengo-based special offense.
