Silverland’s winning team leaned heavily on layered disruption and bulky endgames. Incineroar supplied Intimidate, Fake Out, Parting Shot, and Protect with Sitrus Berry, while Rillaboom added Grassy Surge, Fake Out, Grassy Glide, U-turn, and an Eject Button. Sneasler gave the team a third Fake Out user alongside Coaching, Close Combat, and Dire Claw, backed by Focus Sash for reliability.
The standout structural feature was the double setup core of Snorlax and Slowbro. Snorlax carried Leftovers with Thick Fat and a Stockpile, Fissure, Protect, Smack Down set, giving Silverland a slow, defensive win condition that could also threaten awkward positions. Slowbro used Slowbronite with Body Press, Stored Power, Calm Mind, and Slack Off, giving the team another route to snowball if opponents failed to apply immediate pressure. Hawlucha rounded out the team with Hawluchanite, Limber, Jolly, and Entrainment, Flying Press, Brave Bird, Protect, adding a faster offensive piece to a roster otherwise packed with positioning tools.
Across the top teams, Fake Out was everywhere. Silverland had it on Incineroar, Rillaboom, and Sneasler; NikoNeeto brought it on Incineroar and Sneasler; Excraze used it on Rillaboom; and the lower top cut continued the pattern with Raichu, Rillaboom, Sneasler, and Incineroar appearing on several teams. This made early-turn positioning a clear theme of the event.
Rillaboom was one of the most repeated Pokemon in the standings, appearing on Silverland, Excraze, TSN_Scott, chebamau, and AG Valencia. Sneasler also showed up often, with Silverland and NikoNeeto both using Poison Touch Focus Sash variants, while Viejomoss and chebamau used White Herb with Unburden. Gholdengo was another common top-team attacker, appearing on Excraze, TSN_Scott, chebamau, and AG Valencia, usually with Make It Rain, Shadow Ball, Nasty Plot, and Protect.
Item trends were similarly clear. Focus Sash appeared on Sneasler, Whimsicott, Hisuian Arcanine, and Excadrill. Sitrus Berry Incineroar appeared on both Silverland and NikoNeeto, while Life Orb showed up on Gholdengo and Kommo-o. Raichunite Y was also repeated on Excraze, TSN_Scott, chebamau, and AG Valencia, always paired with Lightning Rod and the Zap Cannon plus Focus Blast package.
Takeaway for ladder players: bring reliable Fake Out positioning, but make sure your team has a concrete plan into bulky setup cores like Slowbro and Snorlax.
