PrimeVoltzy’s winning team was built around a compact mix of rain pressure, redirection, speed control, and setup conversion. Archaludon with Leftovers, Stamina, and a Modest nature gave the team a durable centerpiece, using Electro Shot, Dragon Pulse, Flash Cannon, and Protect. Pelipper supplied Drizzle while also carrying Rain Dance, Weather Ball, Hurricane, and Wide Guard, making the weather plan more resilient and giving the team protection into spread attacks.
The support structure was especially important. Scovillain used Scovillainite with Moody, Protect, Leech Seed, Rage Powder, and Overheat, giving the team redirection plus a disruptive long-game angle. Sneasler brought Focus Sash, Unburden, Fake Out, Close Combat, Dire Claw, and Protect, giving PrimeVoltzy immediate board interaction and a fast offensive threat. Espathra added Speed Boost with Sitrus Berry, Protect, Lumina Crash, Calm Mind, and Baton Pass, creating a clear route to snowball positioning. Dragonite rounded the six out with Dragoninite, Multiscale, Protect, Dragon Pulse, Hurricane, and Extreme Speed, offering priority and another special attacking option.
Across the upper standings, rain was one of the clearest successful structures. Amoney5 also used Archaludon with Leftovers, Stamina, Modest, Electro Shot, Flash Cannon, Dragon Pulse, and Protect alongside Pelipper with Drizzle, Hurricane, Wide Guard, and Weather Ball. Basculegion appeared on Jadensmaden, XChunkzx102, and Kiri99 teams, with Wave Crash, Last Respects, and Aqua Jet showing up repeatedly across those sets.
There was also a strong spread of speed control and priority denial tools. Tailwind appeared on Talonflame, Whimsicott, Pelipper, and Aerodactyl among the top teams, while Farigiraf with Armor Tail appeared on XChunkzx102, gooyet, and Eoghann builds. Trick Room was present on multiple Farigiraf sets and also on gooyet’s Gallade, showing that slower modes remained relevant even in a field with Choice Scarf, Tailwind, and Speed Boost.
Item repetition was notable as well. Focus Sash appeared on Sneasler, Maushold, Whimsicott, and Lycanroc Dusk. Sitrus Berry showed up on Espathra, Pelipper, Farigiraf, Incineroar, and other support-oriented Pokemon. Life Orb was spread across offensive picks including Garchomp, Basculegion, Gholdengo, Kingambit, and Venusaur.
Takeaway for ladder players: bring a coherent speed plan and respect rain-based Archaludon structures, because the best teams here paired them with layered support rather than raw offense alone.
