London Corviknights VGC Weekly Tour 10! was a 47-player online event on Limitless played in Pokemon Champions Regulation Set M-B on 2026-08-20. The final round results included managayo_akkolon over tachyon112358, forblaze over amethyst_sys, and kakudon over edgeninjagaming.

Place Player Record Team
1 Raichu123 [US] 6-0-0 Pelipper, Venusaur, Archaludon, Grimmsnarl, Basculegion, Charizard
2 Managayo_Akkolon [JP] 6-1-0 Whimsicott, Eternal Flower Floette, Charizard, Garchomp, Basculegion, Kingambit
3 Forblaze 6-1-0 Incineroar, Delphox, Maushold, Sinistcha, Blastoise, Sneasler
4 Amethyst_sys [DE] 5-2-0 Camerupt, Drampa, Incineroar, Farigiraf, Torkoal, Tinkaton

Raichu123’s winning team was built around layered weather pressure and flexible speed control. Pelipper carried Sitrus Berry with Drizzle, Tailwind, Wide Guard, Weather Ball, and Hurricane, giving the team both tempo and defensive utility. Archaludon paired well with that structure, using Leftovers, Stamina, Electro Shot, Dragon Pulse, Flash Cannon, and Protect as a durable special attacker that could stay on the field.

The second axis came from Venusaur and Charizard. Venusaur used Venusaurite, Chlorophyll, and a direct attacking set of Giga Drain, Earth Power, Sludge Bomb, and Sleep Powder, while Charizard held Charizardite Y with Heat Wave, Weather Ball, Ancient Power, and Protect. Together, they gave the team multiple special attackers with different coverage profiles. Grimmsnarl rounded out the defensive core with Light Clay, Prankster, Reflect, Light Screen, Spirit Break, and Parting Shot, helping the sweepers and pivots take hits more comfortably.

Basculegion was the team’s fastest immediate threat, holding Choice Scarf with Adaptability and a moveset of Wave Crash, Last Respects, Flip Turn, and Aqua Jet. That gave Raichu123 a strong endgame option while also providing early-game pivoting through Flip Turn. The result was a team that could play proactively with Tailwind, buy turns with screens, and keep offensive pressure through multiple weather-abusing attackers.

Across the top teams, Charizard was one of the clearest repeated picks, appearing on both Raichu123’s first-place team and Managayo_Akkolon’s runner-up team, with Kakudon also using Charizard at sixth. Basculegion appeared on the top two teams, though with different items: Choice Scarf for Raichu123 and Mystic Water for Managayo_Akkolon. Incineroar remained prominent as well, showing up on Forblaze’s third-place team, Amethyst_sys’s fourth-place team, and Tachyon112358’s eighth-place team.

Support items and defensive tools were also common. Sitrus Berry appeared on Pelipper, Incineroar, Farigiraf, and other top-eight Pokemon, while Focus Sash showed up on Whimsicott, Sneasler, Excadrill, Kingambit, and Hisuian Arcanine. Speed control was diverse: Tailwind appeared on Pelipper, Whimsicott, Aerodactyl, and Staraptor, while Trick Room was represented by Farigiraf and Sinistcha. The top four also showed a clear contrast between fast offensive structures and Amethyst_sys’s slower Camerupt, Drampa, Torkoal, and Farigiraf composition.

For ladder players: bring clear speed control, respect Charizard and Basculegion, and make sure your team has a real plan into both Tailwind and Trick Room.
