ThreeKFive’s winning team was built around immediate special pressure from Charizard and Eternal Flower Floette, backed by flexible speed control and disruptive support. Charizard carried Charizardite Y with Blaze and a Modest set of Protect, Weather Ball, Solar Beam, and Heat Wave, giving the team a clear sun-based damage engine. Eternal Flower Floette added Floettite, Flower Veil, and Timid Fairy offense with Protect, Light of Ruin, Dazzling Gleam, and Moonblast.
The support structure was just as important. Whimsicott used Fairy Feather, Prankster, Tailwind, Encore, Protect, and Moonblast, giving the team proactive speed control without giving up offensive pressure.
