HeroicTitan’s winning team was built around a clear Charizard and Venusaur sun mode. Charizard held Charizardite Y with Blaze, Timid, and a direct attacking set of Weather Ball, Heat Wave, Solar Beam, and Protect. Next to it, Venusaur used Life Orb, Chlorophyll, Modest, Sludge Bomb, Energy Ball, Earth Power, and Protect, giving the team immediate pressure into multiple defensive profiles once sun was active.
The rest of the six gave the composition more than just fast sun offense. Toxapex with Leftovers, Regenerator, Infestation, Toxic, Wide Guard, and Baneful Bunker added a slower, attrition-based angle while also giving access to Wide Guard. Mamoswine brought Focus Sash with Oblivious and priority through Ice Shard, alongside Icicle Crash, High Horsepower, and Protect. Incineroar used White Herb, Intimidate, Brave, Flare Blitz, Darkest Lariat, Close Combat, and Fake Out, providing the familiar positioning value of Fake Out and Intimidate while still carrying three attacks. Farigiraf rounded out the team with Sitrus Berry, Armor Tail, Relaxed, Twin Beam, Thunderbolt, Helping Hand, and Trick Room, giving HeroicTitan a speed-control option that could change the pace of games rather than relying only on Chlorophyll pressure.
Across the top cut of the standings, Charizard was the defining repeated presence. The top three all used Charizard with Charizardite Y, and it also appeared on Amoney5 and SomeoneOffical’s teams. Common utility items showed up repeatedly as well. Focus Sash appeared on Mamoswine, Venusaur, Pelipper, Excadrill, Whimsicott, and more. Sitrus Berry was spread across Farigiraf, Pelipper, Incineroar, and Sinistcha, while Leftovers appeared on several slower pieces such as Toxapex, Archaludon, and Annihilape. Light Clay also supported screen plans on Grimmsnarl, Sableye, and Alolan Ninetales.
Takeaway for ladder players: prepare for Charizardite Y sun, Basculegion rain cores, and flexible speed control rather than assuming every team plays at one pace.
