aerxdri’s winning team had a clear layered approach to speed, redirection, and offensive pressure. Dragonite used Dragoninite with Multiscale and a Modest set of Protect, Dragon Pulse, Tailwind, and Heat Wave, giving the team immediate speed control while still contributing spread damage. Espathra added a second speed angle with Speed Boost, Calm Mind, and Baton Pass, backed by Kasib Berry and Protect to help it stay on the field.
The support core was especially important. Clefable’s Sitrus Berry, Magic Guard, Follow Me, and Helping Hand gave aerxdri a stable way to redirect attacks and amplify key turns.
