Meeklosh's Fight Night Friday REG M-C results recap

Meeklosh's Fight Night Friday | REG M-C was a 40-player online tournament on Limitless, played under Pokemon Champions Regulation Set M-C on 2026-10-23. The final round came down to dartsvgc vs leviatha_n23, with Leviatha_N23 [IT] taking the event at 8-1-0.

Place Player Record Team
1 Leviatha_N23 [IT] 8-1-0 Kingambit, Sneasler, Eternal Flower Floette, Incineroar, Sinistcha, Delphox
2 dartsvgc [IT] 7-2-0 Kingambit, Raichu, Basculegion, Sneasler, Salamence, Volcarona
3 jarmanvgc [FR] 6-2-0 Eternal Flower Floette, Indeedee, Glimmora, Whimsicott, Charizard, Garchomp
4 TheFlaminFlamigos [US] 5-3-0 Archaludon, Sneasler, Pelipper, Golisopod, Raichu, Basculegion ♀

Leviatha_N23’s winning team was built around layered pressure rather than a single linear mode. Kingambit with Life Orb, Defiant, Adamant, Sucker Punch, Kowtow Cleave, Swords Dance, and Protect gave the team a direct physical win condition that could punish opponents for giving it space. Sneasler added early-turn disruption with Focus Sash, Poison Touch, Fake Out, and Quick Guard, while still threatening damage through Close Combat and Poison Jab.

The support backbone was especially important. Incineroar carried Sitrus Berry, Intimidate, Fake Out, Helping Hand, Parting Shot, and Flare Blitz, giving the team positioning tools and a way to amplify damage when needed. Sinistcha brought Occa Berry, Hospitality, Matcha Gotcha, Rage Powder, Trick Room, and Protect, letting the team redirect, recover, and change the speed dynamic. That gave Leviatha_N23 flexibility into both faster Tailwind-style structures and slower board states.

The two stone users, Eternal Flower Floette with Floettite and Delphox with Delphoxite, rounded out the offense. Eternal Flower Floette’s Dazzling Gleam, Moonblast, Calm Mind, and Protect provided a special setup option, while Delphox’s Heat Wave, Psychic, Nasty Plot, and Protect gave the team another way to snowball if opponents focused too heavily on Kingambit or Sneasler.

Across the top teams, Sneasler was the clearest trend. It appeared on each of the top four teams, though with different items and abilities: Focus Sash / Poison Touch on the winning team, White Herb / Unburden for dartsvgc, and Electric Seed / Unburden for TheFlaminFlamigos. Kingambit also stood out at the very top, appearing on both finalist teams, with Leviatha_N23 using Life Orb and dartsvgc using Chople Berry.

Eternal Flower Floette appeared on both the first- and third-place teams with Floettite and Flower Veil, showing that it was not limited to one specific shell. Raichu showed up on the second- and fourth-place teams, but with different stones: Raichunite Y for dartsvgc and Raichunite X for TheFlaminFlamigos. Basculegion also appeared on both of those teams, with Choice Scarf Adaptability on the runner-up and Focus Sash Swift Swim on the fourth-place rain team.

Item repetition was also notable. Sitrus Berry appeared on Incineroar, Volcarona, and Pelipper in the top four, while Focus Sash appeared on Sneasler, Indeedee, and Basculegion ♀ across the same range.

Takeaway for ladder players: prioritize flexible speed control and Fake Out pressure, because the best teams here were prepared to win from multiple board states.
