B2K’s winning team leaned into layered physical pressure backed by strong positioning tools. Sneasler carried Focus Sash with Poison Touch and a Jolly nature, giving the team immediate Fake Out pressure alongside Close Combat and Dire Claw. That paired naturally with Incineroar and Rillaboom, both also carrying Fake Out, creating multiple ways to control early turns while cycling Parting Shot or U-turn.
The standout pick was Eternal Flower Floette with Floettite, Flower Veil, Timid, and a set of Draining Kiss, Dazzling Gleam, Calm Mind, and Protect. In a field where several top teams used Salamence, Sneasler, Rillaboom, and Kingambit structures, B2K’s Floette gave the winning six a distinct Fairy-type win condition instead of following the Salamence route seen in second through fourth.
Kingambit was the team’s major late-game threat, using Life Orb, Defiant, Adamant, Kowtow Cleave, Sucker Punch, Swords Dance, and Protect. Basculegion added speed control through Choice Scarf and immediate damage with Adaptability Wave Crash, Last Respects, Aqua Jet, and Flip Turn. Between Basculegion’s Choice Scarf, Rillaboom’s Grassy Glide, and Kingambit’s Sucker Punch, B2K had several ways to close games without relying only on Tailwind.
Across the top teams, Rillaboom and Sneasler were the defining pair. All of the top four used both. Rillaboom appeared with Grassy Surge every time, most often holding Miracle Seed in the lower top three, while B2K chose Occa Berry. Sneasler was also everywhere, but B2K’s Focus Sash Poison Touch variant differed from the Grassy Seed Unburden versions used by badders, SideB, and Theoden.
Salamence was another major trend, appearing on every top-four team except B2K’s. badders, SideB, and Theoden all used Salamencite with Hyper Voice, Tailwind, Draco Meteor, and Protect, though the listed abilities and natures differed. Kingambit also showed up on both first and second, with identical Life Orb, Defiant, Adamant, Kowtow Cleave, Sucker Punch, Swords Dance, and Protect sets.
