Place Player Record Team
1 EcoMcC [GB] 7-2-0 Glimmora, Rillaboom, Pawmot, Basculegion, Salamence, Kingambit
2 apfr [GB] 7-2-0 Salamence, Froslass, Rillaboom, Kingambit, Sneasler, Cinderace
3 Genesis_Lotus 6-2-0 Staraptor, Raichu, Gholdengo, Hisuian Arcanine, Rillaboom, Sylveon
4 Hawkc10ie [IE] 5-3-0 Sneasler, Salamence, Tyranitar, Excadrill, Indeedee, Milotic

EcoMcC’s winning team had a clear mix of immediate pressure, positional tools, and late-game closing power. Glimmora carried Glimmoranite with Toxic Debris and a Timid spread, using Power Gem, Sludge Wave, Earth Power, and Spiky Shield to threaten broad damage while still having a defensive turn available. Salamence with Salamencite gave the team another central attacker, pairing Intimidate with Hyper Voice, Draco Meteor, Flamethrower, and Protect.

The support structure was direct and practical. Rillaboom brought Grassy Surge, Miracle Seed, Fake Out, Grassy Glide, Wood Hammer, and High Horsepower, giving EcoMcC both terrain control and priority damage. Pawmot added a second Fake Out user with Focus Sash, Iron Fist, Double Shock, Close Combat, and Ice Punch, helping the team force tempo early. Basculegion was Choice Scarf Adaptability with Wave Crash, Flip Turn, Aqua Jet, and Last Respects, giving the roster speed control by item and a strong cleanup angle. Kingambit rounded out the team with Chople Berry, Defiant, Kowtow Cleave, Sucker Punch, Iron Head, and Protect, punishing stat drops while offering another priority option.

Across the top teams, Rillaboom was one of the defining picks. It appeared on the top three teams, and also showed up later in the standings on Ellenad and Saeko12. Fake Out plus Grassy Glide was a common part of its role, while High Horsepower appeared on several Rillaboom sets as well.

Salamence was another major top-cut presence, appearing on EcoMcC, apfr, and Hawkc10ie, all holding Salamencite. The exact sets differed: EcoMcC used Flamethrower, apfr used Tailwind, and Hawkc10ie paired Tailwind with a Moxie Salamence. Kingambit also appeared repeatedly near the top, with EcoMcC and apfr both running Kowtow Cleave, Sucker Punch, Iron Head, and Protect, while Saeko12 used Throat Chop, Sucker Punch, Low Kick, and Protect.

Focus Sash was a frequent item across the standings, appearing on Pawmot, Cinderace, Hisuian Arcanine, Excadrill, Venusaur, and Aerodactyl among the listed teams. Fairy Feather Sylveon also showed up on Genesis_Lotus, GamerDzha, and Ellenad, all using Hyper Voice.

Takeaway for ladder players: build with a concrete plan for Rillaboom, Salamencite Salamence, and priority-heavy endgames.
