Dragonis’s winning team leaned on layered speed control and repeated positioning tools. Aerodactyl, Staraptor, and Corviknight all carried Tailwind, giving the team multiple ways to set pace across a best-of-three set rather than depending on a single lead. Aerodactyl’s Focus Sash and Unnerve paired with Jolly Rock Slide, Protect, Tailwind, and Dual Wingbeat made it the cleanest dedicated enabler, while Staraptor used Choice Scarf with Intimidate to apply immediate pressure through Brave Bird, Close Combat, U-turn, and Tailwind.
The offensive centerpiece was Charizard with Charizardite Y, Blaze, Modest, and Heat Wave, Air Slash, Protect, Weather Ball. That set gave Dragonis spread damage and flexible special pressure, while Dragonite provided a physical endgame angle with White Herb, Multiscale, Adamant, Dragon Claw, Protect, Extreme Speed, and Superpower.
