Place Player Record Team
1 CobraKujoBubbles [US] 7-1-0 Charizard, Kingambit, Basculegion, Garchomp, Whimsicott, Eternal Flower Floette
2 TicTacToeGuru [US] 6-2-0 Glimmora, Swampert, Pelipper, Sinistcha, Archaludon, Manectric
3 [VdS] Cadu [BR] 6-1-0 Raichu, Kingambit, Sylveon, Sneasler, Aerodactyl, Basculegion
4 KST | KAMPFI [DE] 5-2-0 Eternal Flower Floette, Sneasler, Sinistcha, Incineroar, Kingambit, Garchomp

CobraKujoBubbles’ winning team was built around flexible pressure rather than a single narrow mode. Charizard with Charizardite Y carried Heat Wave, Solar Beam, Weather Ball, and Protect, giving the team immediate spread damage and strong weather-based coverage. Whimsicott added Focus Sash, Prankster, Tailwind, Encore, Moonblast, and Protect, making it the clear speed-control piece and a way to punish passive turns.

The physical core was also direct. Kingambit used Chople Berry, Defiant, Adamant, Kowtow Cleave, Iron Head, Low Kick, and Sucker Punch, giving the team a durable Dark-type attacker with priority. Basculegion held Life Orb with Adaptability and ran Wave Crash, Last Respects, Aqua Jet, and Protect, adding another priority option and a high-damage Water/Ghost angle. Garchomp’s Sitrus Berry set with Rough Skin, Dragon Claw, Earthquake, Rock Slide, and Protect gave the lineup spread pressure and a solid mid-game attacker. Eternal Flower Floette with Floettite, Flower Veil, Moonblast, Dazzling Gleam, Light of Ruin, and Protect rounded out the team with Fairy offense and another spread option.

Across the top teams, Kingambit was one of the clearest trends. It appeared on the teams of CobraKujoBubbles, [VdS] Cadu, KST | KAMPFI, Jhinting, and Adolfo_LV95, usually with Defiant, Kowtow Cleave, Sucker Punch, and either Chople Berry, Black Glasses, or Life Orb. Basculegion also showed up on both first and third, each with Life Orb, Adaptability, Wave Crash, Aqua Jet, Last Respects, and Protect.

Speed control was everywhere in the upper standings. Tailwind appeared on Whimsicott, Pelipper, Aerodactyl, and Staraptor, while Trick Room appeared on Sinistcha and Farigiraf. Focus Sash was another repeated item, used on Whimsicott, Glimmora, Sneasler, Hisuian Arcanine, Vivillon, Venusaur, and Tsareena among the listed teams. Sitrus Berry was also common, appearing on Garchomp, Pelipper, Incineroar, Farigiraf, Politoed, and others.

The top 4 also showed a notable split between offense-first structures and balance tools. TicTacToeGuru’s runner-up team paired Pelipper and Manectric with Swampert, Archaludon, Sinistcha, and Glimmora. KST | KAMPFI leaned into Eternal Flower Floette, Sinistcha, Incineroar, Kingambit, and Garchomp, with Fake Out, Parting Shot, Rage Powder, Trick Room, and Coaching all present.

Takeaway for ladder players: prepare for Kingambit, layered speed control, and Focus Sash support when building for Regulation Set M-B.
