Gabb’s winning team had a clear balance of immediate pressure, speed control, and priority. Aerodactyl with Aerodactylite, Unnerve, and Jolly ran Rock Slide, Dual Wingbeat, Ice Fang, and Tailwind, giving the team fast tempo control without needing to commit to a purely offensive mode. Farigiraf added the opposite speed option with Sitrus Berry, Armor Tail, Trick Room, Psychic, Thunderbolt, and Protect, while also supporting the team’s priority-heavy pieces through its ability.

The damage core was straightforward and flexible. Kingambit held Focus Sash with Defiant and Adamant, using Kowtow Cleave, Iron Head, Sucker Punch, and Low Kick. That gave Gabb a reliable physical attacker with endgame priority.
