Jorgitomyte331’s winning team was built around a clear sand offense core with Tyranitar and Excadrill. Tyranitar carried Tyranitarite with Sand Stream, while Excadrill used Focus Sash and Sand Rush, giving the team an immediate way to pressure with Rock Slide, Earthquake, Iron Head, and Protect. Tyranitar also had Knock Off and Low Kick, giving it useful coverage into a variety of targets rather than functioning only as a weather setter.
The rest of the composition supported that pressure with multiple forms of tempo control. Pidgeot held Pidgeotite and brought Tailwind alongside Hurricane, Heat Wave, and Protect, giving the team another speed option beyond Sand Rush.
