Tenki's Cart Weekly #112 - Reg MB results recap

Tenki's Cart Weekly #112 - Reg MB was played on 2026-08-06 on Limitless, with 50 players competing in Pokemon Champions Regulation Set M-B. adrigame finished first at 8-2-0, winning listed final round matches against snorlaxpikachu1 and zio_gelato, while snorlaxpikachu1 also defeated cactusmax in the final round set of matches.

Place Player Record Team
1 adrigame [ES] 8-2-0 Staraptor, Tyranitar, Excadrill, Gholdengo, Milotic, Tsareena
2 Snorlaxpikachu1 [BE] 8-2-0 Eternal Flower Floette, Incineroar, Aerodactyl, Kingambit, Farigiraf, Kommo-o
3 Cactusmax [UA] 7-2-0 Sneasler, Eternal Flower Floette, Kingambit, Incineroar, Delphox, Sinistcha
4 Zio_Gelato [GB] 6-3-0 Charizard, Kingambit, Sylveon, Garchomp, Aerodactyl, Whimsicott

adrigame’s winning team was built around a clear sand and speed-control shell. Tyranitar with Tyranitarite and Sand Stream paired directly with Focus Sash Excadrill and Sand Rush, giving the team a fast physical attacking mode with Rock Slide, Earthquake, and Iron Head pressure. Staraptor added a second Mega option with Staraptite, Intimidate, and Tailwind, letting the team operate outside of sand while still pushing speed control.

The rest of the composition covered important utility roles without becoming passive. Life Orb Gholdengo with Good as Gold, Make It Rain, Shadow Ball, and Nasty Plot gave adrigame a strong special attacker that could punish slower board states. Milotic carried Sitrus Berry, Competitive, Scald, Ice Beam, and Haze, giving the team a way to benefit from opposing stat drops while also resetting boosts. Tsareena rounded out the six with Choice Scarf, Queenly Majesty, and a disruptive move set of Trop Kick, Low Sweep, U-turn, and Charm. The result was a team that could pressure early with sand, pivot speed control through Tailwind, and still keep defensive counterplay available through Intimidate, Haze, and Queenly Majesty.

Across the top teams, Kingambit was one of the clearest trends. It appeared on the teams of Snorlaxpikachu1, Cactusmax, Zio_Gelato, FinnzVGC, and BadgeBump48614, almost always with Defiant and Adamant, but with varied items including Focus Sash, Life Orb, and Black Glasses. Incineroar also remained highly represented, showing up on Snorlaxpikachu1, Cactusmax, FinnzVGC, and BadgeBump48614 with Intimidate, Fake Out, and Parting Shot appearing repeatedly.

Eternal Flower Floette was another major top-cut presence, used by Snorlaxpikachu1, Cactusmax, and BadgeBump48614 with Floettite. Aerodactyl appeared in both second and fourth, each with Aerodactylite and Rock Slide. The Cactusmax, FinnzVGC, and BadgeBump48614 teams also shared a recognizable package of Delphox, Sinistcha, Sneasler, Incineroar, Eternal Flower Floette, and Kingambit in varying details, highlighting how stable that structure was throughout the upper standings.

Item patterns were also consistent. Focus Sash appeared on Excadrill, Kingambit, Sneasler, Whimsicott, and Basculegion across the listed top eight, while Life Orb was used on major attackers such as Gholdengo, Kommo-o, Kingambit, Garchomp, and Rampardos. Sitrus Berry remained common on supportive or bulky pieces including Milotic, Farigiraf, Incineroar, Pelipper, and Snorlax.

Takeaway for ladder players: prepare for Kingambit, Incineroar-style pivoting, and fast Mega-centered offense, but do not ignore sand modes like adrigame’s Tyranitar plus Excadrill.
