Mikeultimate70’s winning team was built around layered speed pressure and strong endgame damage. Blaziken with Blazikenite, Speed Boost, and Adamant Close Combat / Protect / Flare Blitz / Rock Slide gave the team a fast physical centerpiece that could scale its Speed while still using Protect to manage turns. Alongside it, Choice Scarf Basculegion with Adaptability brought immediate pressure through Wave Crash and Flip Turn, while Aqua Jet and Last Respects gave it important late-game utility.
The support structure was straightforward but effective. Whimsicott carried Focus Sash with Prankster, Tailwind, Encore, Protect, and Moonblast, giving Mikeultimate70 a reliable way to dictate pace and punish passive turns. Froslass with Froslassite added Aurora Veil support while still threatening damage with Blizzard and Shadow Ball. That combination helped create safer attacking windows for Blaziken, Kingambit, and Garchomp.
Kingambit’s Life Orb Defiant set added priority and punishment into the composition with Sucker Punch, Iron Head, Protect, and Kowtow Cleave. Garchomp rounded out the team with Expert Belt, Rough Skin, Jolly Earthquake, Dragon Claw, Protect, and Rock Slide, giving the team another physical attacker with spread damage. The result was a roster that could play quickly with Tailwind and Choice Scarf, protect key pieces while Speed Boost developed, and close games with priority from Basculegion and Kingambit.
