MiggleVGC’s winning team was built around fast positioning and layered offensive pressure. Whimsicott carried Focus Sash with Prankster, using Tailwind, Encore, Moonblast, and Protect to set speed control while denying passive turns. That enabled Life Orb Garchomp to apply immediate damage with Dragon Claw, Stomping Tantrum, and Rock Slide, while still keeping Protect for standard doubles pacing.
The special offense was just as direct. Sylveon used Fairy Feather and Pixilate with Hyper Voice, Hyper Beam, Quick Attack, and Detect, giving the team a strong Fairy-type damage mode. Gholdengo’s Sitrus Berry set with Good as Gold, Make It Rain, Shadow Ball, Nasty Plot, and Protect added a setup threat that could punish teams trying to play too defensively. Gyarados brought Gyaradosite, Intimidate, Dragon Dance, and coverage in Waterfall and Lash Out, giving MiggleVGC a physical setup option that also contributed to board control.
